Helloooo!
I missed writing so much. Ahhhh.
Okay, so I just got home from the Lincoln City, Oregon and I have learned a couple things.
1. I like the ocean more than most people
2. Sand gets everywhere. Like crevices that I didn't know existed
3. Glass blowing is mainly not for vases
4. Riding on dune buggies are OFF THE CHAINNNN
Now don't get me wrong, I do like people but the ocean is a place where you can just sit and think or turnup all at the same time. This was mainly a koombaia trip, meaning lying on the beach, lemon water and watching the sunset. I mean I'm so down for that. If you are one of those people that lives in the office and worries about everything and everyone, the ocean is a great place for you. Just a suggestion. The water is just a tad cold but manageable and at night, bonfires are opportune. Okay, back to me. My Gramme lived about two blocks from the beach so we could just walk down whenever, which was firee. We had tons of fun at the beach and oo oo if you want to see the beach I may have done a little bit of vlogging so go check that out on my YouTube *winks surreptitiously.*
Yes, I just wrote about how awesome the ocean is, but there are some flaws. Such as, the sand. Oh. My. Gosh. The sand is horrid. There is wind that blows sand around and ends up EVERYWHERE. There is no way to prevent it. It's like trying to get that small egg shell out of your bowl and it keeps sliding off your fork (shut up chefs. ) I wanted to dig my own grave, which is actually what I did without the alleged death of course. I managed to dig a hole and sit in it with sunglasses that I found on the beach and my sweatshirt wrapped around my head like a turban. Before my shower as I was taking off all of my clothes I swear a literal 5 pound bag of sand fell onto the floor. You can not even understand the frustration.
Im not going to discuss glass blowing any further than I have already. Hehe.
Picture a dune buggy driving 60 mph off this huge sand dune that is roughly 400 feet or maybe bigger. Not quite sure. Well, it doesnt matter it was legit either way. Look up sandrails. Shout to Doug (the driver) you're the real MVP.
